Thanks Rob.
Hi,
I tried to leave a message with regards to Have money4gold stolen your gold. It said it was on there and today it has gone?!

I have made numerous phonecalls to M4G to get my gold back. They received my cheque back on 13/10/09.
My gold was on hold, even though they told me,it was on the returns list 16/10/09.
Have tracked my G-pak and it now says definite return 03/11/09.
Have spoken to several different people there now,and no one seems to know what is going on,and they are not willing to give you a straight answer!

I sent a very long e-mail of complaint to M4G. I know they wont reply, but made me feel a bit better.
The last person that i spoke to on the phone, was told that if my gold did not get back to me,then i'd be taking legal action.
I have filed a complaint with BBB,so just got to wait and see if i get a reply.
The only problem i have now is,my due date for delivery is by 23/11/09. I am away for 2 weeks as of 16/11/09.
I just have to hope that if my gold does not arrive back, that it's not refined before i get a chance to ring them again!

It is strangely reassuring, that i'm not the only one that is in this position.
I am glad that some people have got their gold back,it has given me more hope. Just need to keep on at them.

I will let you know how it goes.

Hi Caz

I actually noticed yesterday, I received email's (notification of new comments) for the comment's page but when I looked I couldn't find all the comments I had email's for :? I thought maybe Rob had removed them for some reason  (sorry Rob probably the wrong conclusion)

Fingers are crossed for you Caz, from past comments so far, I would take a guess (hopefully) your gold will be returned before you go away. Usually if its on definite return, you've threatened legal action and your complaint is with BBB, your gold seems to be returned quick smart. At least you know its for definite return and I haven't heard of anyone's going to the refinery after a definite return YET! Best of luck :!:

Hi Kathy, and anyone else waiting for their gold to be returned. I had the usual insulting cheque, which I duly sent back, and had my gold returned within a week. How lucky am I? The reason I`m writing is just to give people hope, as I know it reassured me to hear of one or two people getting their gold back. I`ve still not sold it, but am taking it to a jewellers on Saturday, who have said they`ll give me a fair price. We`ll see! Good luck everybody.

Hi guys,

Not too sure what's happening with some of the comments on the blog - sometimes they go into spam from where I can usually retrieve them, and I haven't deleted any, just had to amend 1 with some bad lanuguage!

Anyhow, keep up the good work, looks like M4G are definitely getting their act together following the pressure you've all applied.

Rob.

Hi all

I sent a letter this week to M4G warning them of my intended legal proceeding. I am now researching small claims etc. I have seen that you can file an online money claim through the court. Has any one else started or carried out court proceeding ? Does anyone know If my claim can be 'called ' a money claim although it is gold ? The cost I believe to do this is around £45 for a claim upto £500. Like an idiot I didnt weigh my gold before I sent it but based on what they offered me Im guessing it is worth around £400 to a LEGITIMATE gold dealer.

Any help advice will be greatly received. Still giving M4G a daily call but to no avail. I have no intention of giving up.

Hi Maxine,

Keep at them, as that seems to be the way others have managed to get their gold back. Things have gone a little quiet around here as more people have had their gold returned, but I guess there will still be many who have not complained who are waiting for their gold back.

Hi all
I've had a hectic last couple of days, but have been checking in to see what is happening, didn't get time to add my comments yesterday.
I was a bit  that we had nobody saying their gold had been returned yesterday, as I was beginning to think M4G had one day a week (Thursday) for posting out returns, Most of the returns we've seen, seemed to arrive on a Friday/Saturday. Looks like I can forget that theory

Hi Maxine As Rob says you do need to keep at them, I am sure that the complaint to BBB will go a long way in helping your gold to find it's way back to you.
I sent a letter also but didn't get any response but as long as you have kept a copy, it shows you made attempts to sort the dispute with the company, if the situation does have to go to the next stage. Maxine have you verbally threatened with trading standards and legal action?
